We disclose it to service providers that help us operate our leasing and property-management business, such as property-management software, tenant-screening and payment providers, and as required by law. We retain it for as long as your application or tenancy requires and as needed to meet our legal obligations.
Chat
The chat on this website is an automated assistant. Messages you send in the chat are processed by our service provider to respond to you.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we use your phone number to send messages about your inquiry. Consent is not required to inquire or tour. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies and browser storage to operate this website and remember your choices. With your permission, this website loads Google Maps and Zillow 3D tours, whose providers may collect information about your use of them under their own privacy policies. How long we keep it
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice. Personal information submitted through this website is retained for no longer than 30 days, unless it becomes part of an active leasing inquiry, application or tenancy, in which case it is retained as long as that relationship requires and as needed to meet our legal obligations. Records of consent to receive text messages, and of requests to stop them, are retained as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that we disclose the personal information we have collected about you, delete it, or correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, or use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law, the rights to opt out and to limit do not apply.
